For better service support to our customers we offer the following two options:

1. If you have already purchased a product from Comitex, register a question or service request in our Ticket system. Every service request in the system is assigned a unique number and its status can be tracked online. For your convenience we offer a complete archive of all your requests. All you need is a valid email address.

2. If you need more information, visit our online Service center. There you will find information about our support services, certification of our service specialists, opportunities for replacement equipment, the time-frame by which the different types of services will be provided, different service packages and others.
